I understand that my booking is not complete until the rental amount is paid.

I also understand that the money received by NOVA is non-refundable.

Should an issue arise where I cannot make my booking time, NOVA will work with me to best accommodate a reschedule.

You are welcome to arrive 10–15 minutes early to prepare for your booking. Please be mindful of your rental time and plan your session so you can wrap up before your time is complete. This includes time for packing up, moving gear, and any post-shoot conversations. For example, if your booking ends at 3:00 PM, please aim to finish shooting a little earlier so you can be fully packed and ready to leave by the end of your scheduled time. This helps us stay on schedule for the next guest and ensures everyone gets the full experience they’ve booked..

I will be respectful to the studio space and equipment. I understand that I will be held accountable if the space or equipment is damaged.

I also agree to conduct myself as a gentleman/gentlewoman. If my behavior is deemed inappropriate by a model or NOVA Staff, I will be asked to leave.
