I understand that my spot to attend is on a "first come, first serve basis" and my attendance is only confirmed once payment is received.

I also understand that the money received by NOVA is used to facilitate payment to the venue, host, and models.

Payment is non-refundable.

I understand that this is a shared event. I will be given adequate blocked times to shoot with each model, But I will not be aggressive towards other photographers, or "hog" shooting time. This is a community event meant to build each other up!

I understand that model-approved images posted on social media are tagged with full intent to credit both the models and the studio.

I also agree to conduct myself as a gentleman/gentlewoman. If my behavior is deemed inappropriate by a model or NOVA Staff, I will be asked to leave.

Additionally, I understand this is a CLOSED event, meaning payed attendees ONLY. This means it is NOT okay for friends to pop-in to say "hello" or swing by to meet a model. This newly implemented rule is for the safety of our guests, models and their privacy.

Lastly, I agree to have a good time, be creative, create great images, and foster teamwork and friendship with the photography community and peers around me!
