I understand that my booking is not complete until half the rental amount of $525 is paid as a deposit.
The second payment amount of $525 is required the day of (or before) the actual booking.

I also understand that the money received by NOVA is non-refundable.

Should an issue arise where I cannot make my booking time or cancel, NOVA will work with me to best accommodate a reschedule to make use of my studio time credit.

I understand that my rental includes full use of the studio space, dressing room, all sets, lighting equipment, modifiers, and paper backdrops.
My rental also allows me access to specialized equipment such as the fog machine, handheld fog machine, rain setup, bubble machines, snow machine, and high powered fans.

If I wish to use the Dry-Ice fog system, I understand that there will be a $100 upcharge for charging and operation of this equipment. I also understand that a Dry-Ice fog drop only lasts 2-3 minutes in total.

NOVA Staff will be present and attentive to the needs of your event, and will be helpful with anything needed to make your workshop run smoothly. 

I will be respectful to the studio space and equipment. I understand that I will be held accountable if the space or equipment is damaged.

I also agree to conduct myself as a gentleman/gentlewoman. If my behavior is deemed inappropriate by a model or NOVA Staff, I will be asked to leave.
